Upon approval of the final digital proof, your invitations will be moved into production phase. This will trigger the final invoice of your order which will require confirmation of payment before proceeding with production.

During the consultation phase, which will be conducted via email, you will have the opportunity to address any concerns or questions you may have regarding the process, paper selection, color options, printing techniques, and other related topics. (Samples might be available, email me if interested)

DIGITAL
PROOF

Should you choose to proceed after reviewing the proposal, we will issue an invoice for the deposit. Payment may be made via e-transfer, cheque or cash. Upon receipt of payment, your project will be reserved in our schedule. Our payment structure is divided into two stages: a non-refundable 25% upon reservation and the remaining 75% upon your final approval of the digital proof.

It's time to send us your final wording for the digital proof. As soon as we receive all the details from you, we'll get to work on creating the proof. You can expect to hear back from us in about 4-5 business days. We'll send you a digital proof of the stationery/invitation suite.
Three rounds of revisions are included in your order. (Any additional revisions will be charged at $50 CAD each. )

dELIVERY

Upon completion of printing and assembly, your order will be expertly packaged to ensure safe delivery. Our worldwide shipping services are provided through FedEx, with a flat rate of $25 CAD to be covered by the customer. Please be advised that we do not offer mailing services, and the responsibility for handling the suites after delivery lies with the client. We cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by the postal service chosen by the client.
